I have questions about my bill, who can I contact?


You can directly and conveniently contact our external invoicing company Powerpay for all questions regarding our invoices. Powerpay is our partner and handles the billing of delivered yamo boxes for us.

The invoice will be sent to you by email on the day of delivery. Take a look at your spam folder, sometimes the invoices get lost there.
