Why can' t I see my subscription in my account?

You have ordered a subscription and want to customise your next box, but don't see your subscription after logging in?
- Make sure you are logging in to the correct country (you can select the country at the bottom of the website).
- Are you using the correct email address? Your account will be sent to the same address to which you receive all confirmations, shipping information and so on from us.
