You can freeze most yamo purees without hesitation. Frozen purees can be kept for a good three months. Don't forget to take the purees out of the freezer early enough to allow them to thaw gently and put them in the fridge. The purees with oat yoghurt (Sweet Home Alabanana & Blue Berrymore) are not suitable for freezing. The freezing process destroys the creamy texture. This also applies to our yamoghurts.

Once a bag is taken out of the freezer and put into the fridge how long is it good for?
